Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a dynamic, modern business structure introduced under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

It serves as the perfect hybrid entity, offering the robust limited liability protection of a Private Limited Company combined with the internal operational flexibility of a traditional Partnership Firm. It is the preferred choice for professional service providers, consulting firms, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) seeking corporate credibility without the heavy burden of strict regulatory compliance.

Why Choose a Limited Liability Partnership?

Protection of Personal Assets

Just like a corporate entity, the personal assets of the partners are strictly protected. Your liability is limited only to your agreed capital contribution in the LLP.

No Joint Liability for Negligence

Unlike a traditional partnership where one partner's mistake can bankrupt the others, an LLP legally shields individual partners from the independent or unauthorized actions, misconduct, or negligence of other partners.

Massive Compliance Exemptions

LLPs enjoy significantly lower regulatory burdens compared to Private Limited Companies. Most notably, an LLP is completely exempt from mandatory financial audits unless its annual turnover exceeds ₹40 Lakhs or its capital contribution exceeds ₹25 Lakhs.

Operational Flexibility

The internal management, profit-sharing ratios, and operational rules are entirely governed by a mutually drafted LLP Agreement, rather than strict statutory board meetings and rigid corporate laws.
